Why am I putting this stuff on my head?

So I got a splotch of pink hair dye on my bathroom floor. It was pretty noticable, but I’m used to just using some bleach and being done with it. So a month after I stained the floor, I decided to do something about it.

I poured some straight up bleach on the stain and it didn’t do anything.

I cleaned that up and tried: toilet bowl cleaner (with bleach), lysol 4 in one bathroom cleaner, and an extra strength magic eraser with baking soda.

Nothing worked.

So finally, I made a paste out of bleach powder and 30 vol. developer. I applied this to the stain, sprinkled on some water and put plastic wrap on top of the spot in question. I then used my hairdryer on high to heat the mixture up. About an hour later I checked on it….it was like the spot had never happened, it was totally gone!

Now it may not have just been the hair bleach, as I didn’t apply heat to any of the other mixtures. But I’m a little freaked out, is what I’m saying.
